article comprise two purposes (1) to study basic knowledge of theory and research form of the relationship model of organization change with the role of leadership and organizational communication and (2) to propose the conceptual framework of the relationship between change management , the role of leadership and organizational communication. Studying the literature review in order to study the basic knowledge of the conceptual framework of change management, the role of leadership and organizational communication. It is very important for organizations today that faced with dynamic change and high competition. Organizations need to reinvent themselves to survive, growth including the ability to stably and sustainably operate on. In order to, success the role, organization and concerned person should gain from the human resources management.
