บทคัดย่อ
การสื่อสารเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่จะเชื่อมคนทั้งโลกเข้าไว้ด้วยกันอย่างไร้ขอบเขต เพื่อให้เกิดการสื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวดเร็วในทุกรอบด้านตามบริบทของสังคมที่ก้าวเข้าสู่ยุคของข้อมูลข่าวสารและสารสนเทศอันมีความสำคัญยิ่งในการดำรงชีวิต โดยบทความฉบับนี้จะกล่าวถึงวิวัฒนาการการสื่อสารตั้งแต่ในยุคแรก ปัจจุบัน และแนวโน้มในอนาคต โดยวิเคราะห์จากข้อมูลของความน่าจะเป็นโดยแบ่งเป็น 2 ตอนคือ ยุคของเทคโนโลยีการสื่อสาร (1G-4G) วิวัฒนาการความก้าวหน้าจากยุคอนาล็อก (Analog) สู่ยุคของดิจิทัล (Digital) และแนวโน้มการสื่อสารของโลกในอนาคต โดยแบ่งเป็น 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านเครื่องมือการสื่อสาร ด้านข้อมูลข่าวสาร และด้านผู้รับ-ผู้ส่งสาร ซึ่งทั้ง 3 ด้านดังกล่าวล้วนสอดคล้อง และมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน ตัวชีวัดที่สำคัญของพัฒนาการสื่อสารดังกล่าวคือ “ประสิทธิภาพของระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต” และ “จำนวนผู้ใช้งาน”
Abstract
Communication is the key factor to connect the world. With the new era of communication technology, information can be efficiently and rapidly provided to audients in several ages and societies. In this paper, we discuss the evolution of the communication since the first generation to future trends. The first part of this article discusses on the evolution of communication technology based mainly on mobile cellular technology (1G-4G) and the trends of technology required in the future. Trends of future technology are summarized in three main factors: technology components, information and users who participate in the communication sessions. All these factors should be consistent and change in the same directions. The performance measures used in this article are Internet performance and number of users who use the internet.
